My stay at Lien Thanh Hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The hotel is decent and clean, and it is conveniently located near Ben Thanh Market, which made exploring the area easy. However, some aspects, such as the room amenities and check-in service, could use improvement. Overall, it was a budget-friendly option, but I had expected a bit more polish.

I booked a Family Room which was overall comfortable, but it was a bit run down and included only basic amenities. We initially received insufficient towels and toiletries, but they provided more upon request, which was appreciated. Although the room was spacious enough for a good night's sleep, it felt aged compared to the images on the website.
